Hi, I'm Alexander Rowland!

I have loved photography ever since I was a small child. This love started as a way to connect with my Grandfather - he taught photography on the college level. I looked forward to his photography lessons when he had the time to teach me. We also would look through all of the photo books he had in his possession so he could show me various different photographers and look at the artistic craft behind various photographers. I am forever grateful for him taking the time to teach me many lessons about life and for the special memories I have of photography lessons.

Even back as a child I loved nature photos and still today these are usually where I find my inspiration. Currently, my favorite thing to photograph is landscapes; however, I do like to take close up detailed photographs of flowers, animals, and birds to name a few. My goal for photography during spring/summer 2022 season is to add as many colorful pictures as I can.
